We are happy to announce that the new Unit4 Customer Portal is live. This video presents the improved functionality of the portal and how it aligns to our strategy to better support you going forward.
This new portal is now open to customers who are used to contacting Unit4 Support through ASK or the Coda Customer Portal (users of Unit4 Business World, Unit4 Financials, and various other Unit4 products).
Customers of Unit4 products who are supported by other support tools will get access to the new portal in the near future, and can continue to login on this page.
To log in to the new portal click customers.unit4.com/portal and reset your password by clicking the [Forgot Password] button on the new portal’s login page before your first login.
Unit4 Partners can click partners.unit4.com/portal to get access to specific partner functionality.
We would also like to advise you to update your URL Favorites with the appropriate link.
